Briana Keith
Postdoctoral Research Associate PhD Candidate- Biography
Briana Keith is a graduate student pursuing her PhD in Sociology at Georgia State. She has also received her Master’s in Gerontology at GSU and her B.A. in Anthropology and Human Biology. Briana has been an assistant teacher at the Walden Early Childhood Center as well as an intervention specialist at Applied Behavioral Services. She plans to use dance therapy as a helping mechanism for aging African Americans for improving physical and mental health benefits. Also, she is exploring the dynamics of minority teachers within school systems and the effects on minority students.
