- Biography
Prior to enrolling in the Urban Studies doctoral program at GSU, Emeline served as Clark Atlanta University’s GIS Coordinator, developing a GIS laboratory and academic program for the university. With over 15 years of experience in the field of Geographic Information Systems, Emeline’s primary strengths are geospatial modeling, cartography, and data science applications of geography. She serves as an adjunct GIS professor at Clark Atlanta University and supports several, community development and data science program projects with colleagues from CAU. As a native of Colorado, Emeline loves everything about Atlanta except the humidity.
